Darling Creative Works

I’m Shawni, the artisan, behind DCW. I’m a mostly self-taught artisan. My favorite mediums are glass and textiles. My journey in the world of art started peripherally as a
child, but it wasn’t until adulthood that I started truly working in creating
art. Art started as an outlet and bloomed into a passion.

Throughout the years I’ve done volunteer work in a wide variety of areas from schools to animal welfare programs. I’ve also worked in multiple art studios. My most recent volunteer work is as an art director on the board of The Usual Artspects.
The Usual Artspects, is a nonprofit organization that creates advocacy, awareness, education, and resources for female sexual assault survivors through various art and social events.
