Processing time

The time I need to prepare an order for shipping varies. Already made Items are typically 2-5 business day processing time. Custom orders vary depending on the complexity of the custom order.

Estimated shipping times

North America: 3-10 business days

I'll do my best to meet these shipping estimates but cannot guarantee them. Actual delivery time will depend on the shipping method you choose.

Note: Difference between ship date and arrival date in shipping.

The ship date is the date I drop it off at the PO and that is the only date that I can and will guarantee that will be shipped on time. Arrival date is the time frame the PO says will be delivered and that I cannot be held responsible for, If the shipping service doesn't or isn't able to deliver within their time frame. Please give yourself a little extra time when choosing your delivery method.

Customs and import taxes

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.
