📝 Terms & Conditions – Darling Creative Works
Welcome! Whether you're shopping handmade goods or joining a workshop, our goal is to offer a creative, inclusive, and respectful experience. By placing an order or booking a class/event, you agree to the following terms.
🛍️ Shop Policies
Cancellations & Returns

Full item refunds are available within 24 hours of purchase.

Contact us within 7 days of receiving your handmade fused glass or woven decor if you're unsatisfied.

Refunds are issued only after we receive the item in original condition.

Buyer is responsible for return shipping.

Refunds cover item cost only, excluding original shipping/handling.

Items not returned are ineligible for refunds, exchanges, or store credit.
Exceptions We do not accept returns or refunds for:

Gift cards, sale items, custom/personalized orders
-
DIY kits, online purchases, perishable or hazardous items
-
Damage caused after delivery by pets, children, or misuse
📦 Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your item upon arrival. Contact us at sales@darlingcreativeworks.com within 7 days if your order is damaged or incorrect. Include photos. If accepted, we’ll send a return label and instructions.
Depending on your preference and item availability, you may receive:

A refund upon return confirmation

A replacement (if feasible)

Store credit
đź’ł Payment & Deposits
All sales are final, and all deposits are non-refundable. We accept cash (in person), card (online or by phone), and Etsy checkout. We do not offer price adjustments on past purchases or promotions.
🎨 Workshops, Events & Experiences
Public Workshops:

No refunds on workshop registrations.

Life happens! If you can’t attend, contact us at least 48 hours before your event. We’ll schedule one alternative date or invite you to join another workshop to complete your original project.

Only one reschedule per registration allowed.
Private Events:

Require a non-refundable deposit

Minimum 4 attendees, maximum 18 attendees

10 business days (Mon–Fri) notice required to reschedule

Rescheduled events must occur within 90 days of original date
Closures & Changes:

In the event of unforeseen circumstances (weather, illness, etc.), we may adjust event details or reschedule

We reserve the right to cancel or amend events when necessary and will notify you promptly

Darling Creative Works is not responsible for external losses or expenses
đź§ş Studio Holding Policy
Weaving Studio:

$20 box deposit required for ongoing projects
-
Projects left over 30 days without extension will be forfeited
Glass Studio:

Finished pieces must be picked up within 3 months
-
$20 box deposit required for long-term projects
-
All projects are pre-paid and non-refundable if not completed
📸 Images & Promotion
We may photograph attendees during classes or events for marketing purposes. If you prefer not to be featured, just let us know in advance.
👟 Studio Safety & Conduct
Dress Code:

Wear closed-toe shoes and comfortable clothing

Avoid loose sleeves, jewelry, or anything that may snag
Food & Drink: Allowed, but please be cautious—this is a working glass studio.
Pets & Children:

We love your littles, but for safety, please supervise children and keep pets at home

Darling Creative Works is not responsible for injuries from studio materials or equipment
Behavior:

We reserve the right to exclude any participant whose behavior is disruptive or unsafe

Everyone is expected to be respectful and courteous
